How long do I have to pay after placing an order?
Please settle your payment within 3 days of ordering! I’ll be sending an invoice with payment details to your email—don’t forget to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment—shipping is currently within the Philippines only. That said, I’m open to group overseas orders if ever! Feel free to message me on Facebook/Instagram (@ajikachi) or email me at ajikinsoo@gmail.com for arrangements.

What courier do you use for delivery?
I use Gogo Xpress for standard shipping, and Lalamove for same-day delivery within Metro Manila.

Can I add more items even after I’ve checked out?
Absolutely! Just place a separate checkout for your additional items. Multiple orders on the same account are totally fine.

Why isn’t my order being processed?
If you’re having technical issues on the site, don’t worry! Just message me directly on FB/Instagram (@ajikachi) and I’ll help you complete your order manually.

When will my order be shipped out?
Production takes around 5–7 days, and I ship out orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. You’ll receive an email or DM update once your order is on the way. You can also follow my socials for shipping announcements and updates!

Do you offer self-pickup?
Yes! You can choose the Pickup option at checkout.
